History

I've had a long-time interest in real estate and a strong passion for dealing with customers. After earning my California Bureau of Real Estate broker's license, Bachelor's Degree in International Studies and Business Administration from Cal State East Bay, and an engineering career background gave me a unique view of the complexity of the real estate business.
 

I like to describe myself as a "World Traveler, entrepreneur and culturally diversified". Having traveled and lived all over the world, I knew I had found the perfect spot to call home - Bay Area, and have been sensitive to the needs of people seeking a place to call home as well as a sincere desire to help them "get settled". 

 

Additional to English language, I also speak fluently Bulgarian and Turkish.  As either a buyer or a seller, I am ready to provide you with my ability to negotiate aggressively and successfully in managing the myriad of details necessary to navigate the California real estate market transaction.
